wedding photography - photo prints or CD or both?
For a typical wedding, which photography production is more common/most used/easy/etc, digital photography via CDs or prints? or a mixture of both?
What was/will be your photography for your wedding?
I would do a mixture of both, let the photographer print a few photo's for you that you plan to frame or give as gifts, THEN get a CD with all the proofs (copyright released to you) so you can print or copy the CD whenever you want. This is the package that I am getting from my photographer plus a $75 photo credit from them. Yes film photography is traditional but the digital is making a big splash in the photography world. As long as your photographer uses a 6 or 7 megapixal camera you should have excellent quaility pictures. This will allow you to have larger prints without any blurriness or poor quality pictures. If your photographer is offering you a CD of your proofs that is a good deal!
