How do I make a computer(flash or java) game out of HTML files?

I made a detective game for my little cousin and it's really just a bunch of HTML files linked together by clicking on image maps and links and I wanted to know if there's any way where I can turn them all into one huge flash file or one javascript file? Or maybe turn it into one Application or something?

Please forgive me if this question is not clear! ^_^

You don't really create a Flash game out of HTML files, but you can re-use the same general plan and the assets (graphics, sound effects, or whatever.)

This example was created with Flash MX '04, but the techniques work fine in any version of Flash.

It can also be done in Java, but Java is a bit more difficult to work with than Flash for this type of problem.
