How to make the PERFECT bowl of oatmeal?
I don't normally make oatmeal at home. I am actually a really good cook, but I've never made oatmeal other than the instant stuff. I've followed the instructions on the back of the "real" oatmeal container, but it is not as good as the oatmeal I order at restaurants or even at starbucks. Does anyone have any tips on how to make the perfect bowl of oatmeal? And has anyone ever used soy milk to make oatmeal?
I follow the instructions on the Quaker box, but I added brown sugar and maple syrup. Love it. Think of things you like or go online at Quaker. I bet them have ways to spice it up.
