Learn Speak English
When students are taught to speak english, do they learn english as it is in the US or UK?
Do they use one accent more frequently than the other?
And what about spelling? Do they use, for example, colour or color?
I'd imagine countries in Europe would be taught to use British English as there closer to Britain/England. Maybe if they learn it in North and South America they are taught the American way. But overall I'd imagine they are taught the original British English rather than the American English with some slight differences i.e. pavement/sidewalk, trunk/boot, colour/color
