Should I buy a digital Voice recorder?
Im thinking about buying a digital voice recorder to use for college. The main reasons being,,,
Proffessors drone on and on and dont really dictate anythng.
Their concepts need to be listened to rather than written down.
I (and most of my classmates) cant seem to keep up with these teachers as they throw tones of facts at you.
I simply dont have the time to go home and transcribe everythng scribbled down on my notebooks.
I learn better listening and watching my professors than writing things down.
The primary reason is that im trying to be more efficient with my time since i have a heavy load this semester plus I hate sitting down writing down notes, i'd rather listen to them,,,and i feel it would be easier to revise my stuff this way as i can recall things i hear and see than written. On top of that i have enough text books with more than enough chapters to read through.n
Is it a good idea to get Digital voice recorder or am i setting myself up for some kind?
I personally never used one, but one of my friends began recording his professor's lectures when he started having trouble understanding the subject matter. He said it helped him immensely.
