Speak French Essentials
What is a good resource to find the former constitutions of post-Soviet states?
I am looking for resources that are somewhat readily available to find copies of the former constitutions of what are now post-Soviet states, in English. These constitutions were mostly established sometime in 1978, and continued to be in force through independence in the early 1990's until the establishment of these countries' new constitutions in the mid-1990's. And it's essential that they be in a language spoken by someone working on the project for which we need them (English, Spanish, Czech, French).
We've tried Oceana Publications, and every online resource we could (incuding PSR and University of Richmond's Constitution Finder), but maybe there's something that we're missing...? I refuse to believe that these constitutions were never translated into at least English, and that they would be completely unavailable now.

Oh, a German-language resource would be ok too; we have someone fluent in German.

That link contains the Constitution adopted by the entire Soviet Union in 1936. It is in English. I am not sure if it helps, but it might be a start?
