Spelling Puzzles Grade
Math based science fair topic ideas?
i have a write up due this wednesday for a science fair project so i need something fast or interesting
i've given my chemistry teacher like 20 different ideas but she said all of them were too easy or sum bullshit. so she sees i love math so she wont accept anything unless its math related.
i've tried creating an algorithm for a rubik's cube, sodoku puzzles, and magic squares, math tricks (psycic [<--spelling?] abiliy or pure math logic). i've even tried determing distance using a parallax like the astronomers do becuz i have an interest in space.
so if theres any topics u can conjure up for me that be great. or maybe a GOOD website for ideas. not no 3rd grade level shit cuz ima 10th grader. and also have a 4.25 gpa so i need sumthing outstanding yet quick to do... plz help
If you don't want to do a science fair project you shouldn't have to- can you skip it? Doing something just because it's "quick to do" completely defeats the purpose. To give you an idea- my senior year sci fair project took about 10 months to complete.
As a science fair judge I enjoyed one math project where a girl had calculated (and then empirically verified) the odds of landing on certain squares in Monopoly. That was a very simple, complete, and entertaining science project. Might be too simplistic for 10th grade though.
