Can you skip Algebra I straight to Algebra II in high school?
i want to apply to the school of science and mathematics, and they said it looked better to be farther than other people as in courses. I haven't taken algebra I and I want to go straight to algebra II. Is it possible to do this in high school?
Do you know the material covered in Algebra I? If so, you may have a chance to speak to the school and prove it. If not... you don't have a chance! I would suggest taking a placement test to see if you know the material covered in an Algebra I course.

If you don't recognize the majority of the material on this test... you really must take Algebra I first.
