Can a video be played as an "Always on Top" Picture in Picture in Windows?
Hi,
I watch a lot of software training tutorial videos (usually flash on Youtube, Vimeo etc...) on my laptop and am constantly pausing and switching back and forth between the browser window and the software. This is getting old and I don't have a 2nd screen to plug into. Is there any way to take a video clip and play it in a docked window in the corner of the screen (PIP) so that it is always on top of whatever app I am currently learning ? (For example today's Flavor of the Month is Grasshopper for Rhino 3D).

To make anything stay on top, I found something called DeskPins that has gotten pretty good reviews all-around. Check it for viruses before using though, just to be on the safe side.
