Are the Jonas Brothers really racist?
They may not be openly racist, but I'm sure non-caucasian JB fans all over would be hurt if they found out that those guys stereotype or have racist/ prejudice feelings deep down. I know they're white Christian boys, but if they're gonna tour all over the world, they better not be like that.
The fact that they only date white girls isn't as bad -- since they are free to date whom ever they want. But still... shallow much?
I'm sure you know how those bad stereotypes are. Latino, asian, middle eastern stereotypes... ugh. =\
Well don't say "how do you know? get your facts straight" because that's just the thing. This is what I heard. I know quite a lot about them since my little sister is a huge fan. But I'm ASKING YOU what you think.
Maybe they are just attracted to white girls.
Some African Americans are only attracted to other African Americans. Some Asians only find other Asians physically attractive. Some people of Latino heritage are just attracted to other Latinos. The same goes for any other race.
Does that make them racist, too?
I think not.
Nor does any thinking person.
If they only date white girls because that is what is physically what they are attracted to and not because they think that whites are a superior race, then it is hardly racist. It has nothing to do with being shallow. I think perhaps you are using that word and you do not really know what it means.
The true example of shallow is when a guy/girl make assumptions about someone's personality on how they look. I am not aware that they have behaved in that way at all. Nor should you be since there is not one whit of evidence to justify believing that about those kids.
Seems to me you are the one who has stereotypes on the mind...not them.
Damn, I cannot even stand those kids and here I am defending them to someone who wants to gripe about a non-issue!
